Beginner Piano Lessons – 1-on-1 Focused Learning 🎹 This course is designed as strictly personalised 1-on-1 piano lessons, with each session focused on one learner only. If you wish to learn together, only partners, siblings, or household members may be accommodated provided each learner is enrolled and paid for separately. No group or shared-fee sessions are offered. 🕒 Each session is a maximum of 30 minutes, ensuring complete focus, faster progress, and personalised guidance. Perfect for absolute beginners—no prior experience required! Enjoy 10 fun, relaxed lessons designed to build confidence and musical skills from day one. You’ll Learn How To: Sit correctly and position your hands comfortably Play your first notes and simple tunes Understand basic chords and rhythms (without heavy theory) Choose between piano or keyboard Play recognisable music from your very first lesson Course Details 📅 10 sessions | 30 minutes each 📍 In-person or online (via Microsoft Teams) 🎹 Bring your own piano/keyboard (Buying guide shared in Lesson 1 if needed) 🎯 No pressure. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Attendance Policy Full-Term Booking: Participants are required to register and make payment for the entire term in advance. Casual or drop-in attendance is not permitted for this structured course. Missed Sessions by Participants: If a participant is unable to attend a session, a separate make-up class will not be arranged. However, our instructors will make every effort to recap essential concepts from the missed session during the next class or via brief summary notes if available. Sessions Cancelled by the Organisation: In the rare event that a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, an alternate session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Fee and Refund Policy Non-Refundable Fees: The course fee is non-refundable once the term has commenced. Exceptional Circumstances – Medical Emergencies: In case of a genuine medical emergency, a pro-rated refund may be considered. A formal written request must be submitted to the management team, supported by medical documentation. The management team will review the request and reserves the right to approve or decline the refund based on the validity of the reason provided. All decisions made by the management team in this regard will be final and binding. Mode of Delivery Sessions will be held in-person wherever possible. For participants who prefer or require remote attendance, online participation will be available via Microsoft Teams. Please ensure a stable internet connection and suitable audio setup for an effective online experience. Online participants are expected to adhere to the same level of commitment and etiquette as in-person attendees. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to arrive on time, be respectful to fellow learners and instructors, and maintain a positive learning environment. Tunes – A Musical Journey Inc. reserves the right to discontinue a participant’s enrolment in case of repeated disruptive behavior, with no obligation to refund the fee.
